WHAT IS THE APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING?
The Apprenticeship Contract is a subordinate employment contract aimed at young people aged between 15 and 29 years of age. Allows you to get a job training or run a research job.
It is a contract that therefore provides, alongside the performance of the work, also a training purpose.
Our apprenticeship program promotes a period of vocational training in a foreign country during which you can learn the fieldwork.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The apprenticeship contract has all the protections of a contract of indefinite duration, ie holidays, illnesses, etc. The apprentice is paid for work within the company, but at the same time receives specific training.
At the end of the contract, the apprentice has achieved a professional profile defined and recognized by the companies.
