Our school-work alternation Degree Program offers a chance for young graduates to attend a university course that from the second year provides for paid employment periods at companies willing to welcome and train students.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
During the three years of theoretical and practical training, the following are balanced:
- The first year provides exclusively academic training for students, thus acquiring the skills provided by the study plan.
- In the second year there is a training course in the company for a period corresponding to approximately 40% of the academic year
- During the third year, students are then entered into a contract with an apprenticeship contract in order to acquire specific technical skills. They receive, for their work, an economic recognition equal to what is set out in collective bargaining agreements.

School-work alternation is for all students who want to anticipate the work experience in the company and get to graduate degrees with professional skills as well as practical.
However, the best job-selection degrees selected by Study Consulting are numbered, however: interested students are invited to apply for a selection by sending us their curriculum.
To participate in the selections, it is essential to follow the pre-academic course of the Study Consulting program, organized by JimCouncil in the various target countries.
The course prepares the student for the training course, the choice of the training institute and the company and the creation of their personal dossier to be submitted to the chosen institute.
